Gentlemen:

We are participating in the Bangor Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30, this year (again).  The parade forms at 09:30 AM, starts at 10:30 AM,  I usually get there with the Submarine Memorial Float at around 9:00 AM. 

Current directions: (from the Maine Atlas and Gazetteer Map 23 and 77)

>From the  South:

    Take exit 182 (I-395) towards Down East
    Just before the Penobscot River bridge, exit right onto Main St headed into
    town
    Turn right onto Summer St (3 or 4 lights down) which then immediately
     turns left
    After a couple of blocks Summer St becomes Washington St
    After going across the Kenduskeag River turn left onto Exchange St
    We meet at Washington St and Exchange St
    I will park the sub float just up Exchange street.  There is parking at
    the Hardware store across from Exchange St
     
From the North:

    Take I-95 exit 185 onto Rt 15 (Broadway St) heading into town
     Go all the way downtown and turn right onto Washington st
    The next right is Exchange st. 
    We meet at
Washington St and Exchange St
    I will park the sub float just up
Exchange street.  There is parking at
    the Hardware store across from Exchange St

>From Down East:

    Take I-395 to Bangor Exit 3
    Exit onto Main St just after the Penoboscot River Bridge
    Turn right onto Summer St (3 or 4 lights down Main St) which then immediately
     turns left
    After a couple of blocks Summer St becomes Washington St

We have reservations at the Sea Dog after the parade for a get-to-gether and will have a monthly meeting. The Sea Dog is down on the river on
Railroad St several blocks from where we start the parade.  Railroad St starts on Summer St (mentioned on the directions from South) and crosses Washington St, (not far from where we park for the parade).
